Braised Short Ribs Ingredients

6 lb Beef short ribs 1 lg Onion; chopped
Oil 1 lg Carrot; sliced
Salt, pepper 2 Celery stalks; chopped
Flour 8 oz Tomato sauce

Instructions for Braised Short Ribs

Brown ribs in small amount of oil in Dutch oven. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and small amount of flour and continue to cook until browned on all sides. Add onion, carrot, celery and tomato sauce.
