Roast Pork with Butter Beans Ingredients

3 lb Pork roast; (3 to 4) 1/4 c Brown sugar
1 cn Butter beans; (16 oz.) 2 tb Cornstarch

Instructions for Roast Pork with Butter Beans

Roast pork according to cookbook instructions (approximately 2 hours for 3 to 4 pound roast). One half hour before pork is done pour previously heated mixture of butter beans and brown sugar over pork roast. Leave uncovered until roasting time is completed.
