INSERT MEAT THERMOMETER IN CENTER OF ROASTS; DO NOT TOUCH BONE WITH THERMOMETER. 3. ROAST ABOUT 2 TO 3 HOURS. 4. LET ROAST STAND ABOUT 20 MINUTES BEFORE SLICING. : NOTE: 1.
