Pesach Double Chocolate Muffins Ingredients

1/2 c Matzo cake meal	1 ts Baking soda
6 tb Potato starch	1/4 ts Salt
3/4 c Sugar	2/3 c Nonfat yogurt
1 pk Vanilla sugar; or 1 tsp	2/3 c Skim milk
1/4 c Cocoa	1 Egg; or 2 egg whites
2 ts Baking powder; Pesach type	3/4 c Chocolate chips

Instructions for Pesach Double Chocolate Muffins
