Bread Pudding (Dutch) Ingredients
1 qt Cake
1/2 c
Sugar
*or:
2
Egg
, well beaten
1 qt Bread, st
ale
1/4 c
Raisins
2 c
Milk
1/4 ts
Nutmeg
Instructions for Bread Pudding (Dutch)
Beat the eggs and add the sugar, milk and nutmeg. Butter a baking dish. Arrange bread or cake in dish and pour liquid over it. Let stand until bread has been thoroughly soaked.
