NY TIMES INTERNATIONAL CKBK

32 Bay
scallop
s OR 16 ocean
1 1/2 c Breadcrumbs, to 2c
Salt and
pepper
Oil for deep frying
Flour
for dredging
Lemon
wedges, garnish
Instructions for Breaded Scallops
