steaks
1 1/2 c
Bread crumbs
Salt and
pepper
3 tb
Shortening
(up to 4)
Flour
Lemon
wedges

Egg
beaten with one
Instructions for Breaded Veal (Wiener Schnitzel)
We lived in Germany for 3 years and I bought a cookbook while we were there. Its called Authentic German Home Style Recipes. Im sorry I didnt find the two recipes that you wanted. But I thought id send this one, it was our very favorite while we were there. Beat steaks until thin and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dip into flour, then egg mixture, and finally, bread crumbs.
