Breakfast Burrito (Lacto) Ingredients

1 md Zuchinni, sliced Eggs
1/4 lb (or so) mushrooms, sliced 1/2 c Non fat cottage cheese
1 bn Green onions, sliced Tortillas (optional)
1 4 ounce carton liquid fake

Instructions for Breakfast Burrito (Lacto)

"saute" mushrooms and zuchinni in nonstick skillet, add gr onion, and heat through, pour in the egg stuff and cook until nearly set, add the cottage cheese and heat through, mixing well.
