Ham
; cubed

Eggs
; beaten
1/2 c
Butter
; melted
1/2 c
Flour

Tabasco

Cottage cheese
1 ts
Baking powder
Instructions for Breakfast Casserole Iv
Preparation : Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put butter in 9 x 13 inch pan and melt in oven. Combine all other ingredients, put in pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes and then at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes more. 12-14 servings. Posted to MC-Recipe Digest V1 #985 by "M. Hicks"
