Breakfast Pizza- Low Fat Ingredients

8 oz Reduced-fat turkey sausage 1/4 c Egg substitute
1 Italian; (16-ounce) bread 1/4 c Skim milk
1 c (4 ounces) reduced-fat 1/4 ts Dried oregano
1 c (4 ounces) reduced-fat 1/4 ts Pepper

Instructions for Breakfast Pizza- Low Fat

???? Brown meat in a skillet over medium heat, stirring until it crumbles. Drain and pat dry with paper towels. Spread over bread shell; sprinkle with cheeses. Combine egg substitute and next 3 ingredients; pour over cheese. Bake at 350? for 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings. ? Copyright 1997 Southern Living. All rights reserved.
