Breast of Chicken Magnifique Ingredients

4 Chicken breasts Generous dash of crushed
1 tb Butter or margarine Thyme
1 c Sliced mushrooms 1 pn Rosemary, crushed
1 cn Cream of chicken soup 1/3 c Half and half
1/2 lg Clove of garlic, minced Cooked noodles

Instructions for Breast of Chicken Magnifique

Use large frying pan with a lid. Brown chicken in butter; remove from fryin pan. Brown mushrooms in pan. Stir in soup, garlic and seasonings. Add browned chicken. Cover and cook over low heat 45 minutes, stirring now and then. Blend in cream; heat slowly. Serve with noodles. From: Ellen Cleary Bobbie Beers Variations: Instead of Cream of Chicken Soup, use Cream of Mushroom Soup. To make it lower in fat....Substitute same amount of skim milk for Half & Half.
