Roasted Quail and Apple Jerky Salsa Part 2 of 3 - Glaze Ingredients
4 c Fresh apple
cider
1/2 c
Brown sugar
1/4 c Fresh
ginger
; diced
2 ts
Cinnamon
Instructions for Roasted Quail and Apple Jerky Salsa Part 2 of 3 - Glaze
Puree together 1/4 cup apple cider and ginger and place puree in a saucepan with the remaining cider, sugar and cinnamon.
