Broccoli Salad Ingredients

1 Head broccoli	1 c Light mayonnaise
8 sl Bacon	2 tb Vinegar
1/2 c Raisins	1/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Red onion chopped	1 c Grated cheddar cheese

Instructions for Broccoli Salad

Cut broccoli flowerettes into bite size pieces. Fry bacon until crisp. .Drain on paper towel.Add raisins, bacon, and onions to the broccoli. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar.
