Roscoes Ribs Ingredients

5 lb Beef or pork ribs 1 tb Olive oil
1 c Worcestershire sauce 1/2 ts Minced garlic
3/4 c Apple cider vinegar

Instructions for Roscoes Ribs

Sprinkle Seasoned Salt over ribs. In large resealable plastic food storage bag, combine Worcestershire, vinegar, oil and garlic; mix well. Remove at least 1/2 cup marinade for basting. Add ribs; seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour. Remove ribs; discard used marinade. Grill over low heat or bake ribs in 350 oven 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until no longer pink, turning and basting often with additional 1/2 cup marinade. For extra flavor, marinade overnight. NOTES : Roscoes Skyline Restaurant in Anchorage, Alaska, serves these ribs, which are some of the best youll ever eat.
