Rueben Cassarole Ingredients

1 cn Sauerkraut (16 Oz) -- Dressing
Drained 2 lg Tomatoes -- sliced thin
1/2 lb Corned Beef (Cooked) -- 2 tb Butter
Sliced thin 6 sl Rye Bread
2 c Swiss Cheese -- shredded 1/2 c Butter -- melted
1/4 c Thousand Island Salad 1/4 ts Caraway Seeds

Instructions for Rueben Cassarole

Arrange sauerkraut in bottom of a shallow 3 qt baking dish. Top with corned beef, then shredded cheese. Spoon dressing on top. Add tomatoes and dot with butter. Cube bread abd toss in melted butter with caraway seeds. Spread on top of other ingredients. Bake in preheated 425 degree F oven for 25-30 minutees. Yield: 6-8 servings.
