Broiled Crab Cakes Ingredients

1 1/2 lb Crabmeat; backfin, cartilage 3 tb Minced onion
2 tb Reduced fat mayonnaise 1 Egg
2 tb Dijon mustard 1/8 ts Hot red pepper sauce

Instructions for Broiled Crab Cakes

Combine all ingredients and shape into 6 patties. Broil 6 inches from heat source, 3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Serve immediately. This recipe serves 6 people.
