Broiled Sweet Potatoes Ingredients

Sweet Potato
es; cooked
1/3 c
Corn
flake Crumbs
3 tb Butter Or
Margarine
; melted
2 tb
Brown Sugar
Instructions for Broiled Sweet Potatoes
Cut each potato lengthwise into finger-like strips. Coat with butter. Combine crumbs and sugar. Roll sweet potato pieces in crumb mixture. Broil 3 inches from flame until lightly brown.
