1 Pheasant; cooked, boned,
2 ts Grated
onion
2 c Thinly sliced
celery
1 c
Mayonnaise
1 c Toasted
bread crumbs
1 tb
Lemon
juice
1/2 c Chopped
almond
s or water
TOPPING
1/2 ts
Salt
Parmesan
cheese
1 ts Accent
Crushed
potato
chips
Instructions for Pheasant Casserole #1
