Suggest a better descriptionMix yogurt, egg and butter. Combine flour and baking soda and stir into yogurt mixture. Cook on hot, lightly buttered griddle until golden. Makes 4 pancakes. Serve these unusual cakes with a dollop of sour cream or yogurt garnish with fresh berries.
