Lemon Pepper Seasoning Mix With Grilled Lemon Chicken Recipe Ingredients

1 c Ground black pepper	1/4 c Fresh lemon juice
1/3 c Dried lemon peel	1/4 c Extra virgin olive oil
3 tb Coriander seeds	2 ts Lemon pepper mix
1/4 c Dried minced onion	6 Chicken cutlets
1/4 c Dried thyme leaves

Instructions for Lemon Pepper Seasoning Mix With Grilled Lemon Chicken Recipe

MIX: Combine and store in airtight containers. Grilled Lemon Chicken: Preheat the broiler or grill. Combine lemon juice, olive oil and lemon pepper seasoning. Pour over chicken and marinate in the refrigerator 30-45 minutes. Grill or broil until done, turning once, about 4 minutes per side. Serve hot or at room temperature.
