Instructions for Sag Paneer
This recipes comes from Jasmeet Judge (jasmeet@eecs.umich.edu) Chop spinach , add 1/4 cup water ,soda bi carb and cook. When cooked blend well in a blender. Cut paneer into cubes and deep fry in hot oil.Heat oil and fry onions,add ginger,green chillis and turmeric pwd and fry, add spinach and paneer.
