Salmon Loaf #2 Ingredients

1 cn (14-oz) red sock-eye salmon 3 lg Eggs
1 1/2 c Mashed potato chips 3 tb Lemon juice
1 sm Onion; chopped 1/3 c Milk
3 tb Butter; melted

Instructions for Salmon Loaf #2

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl & stir until well blended. Pour into greased loaf pan about 11x5-inch size. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
