Salmon Turnovers/puffs Ingredients

6 tb Margarine or butter 3/4 c (1 small can) salmon
2 tb Olive oil drained
3/4 c Ricotta cheese 1 Garlic clove
3/4 c Mozzarella cheese Fillo dough
4 oz Cream cheese

Instructions for Salmon Turnovers/puffs

Melt butter or margarine and olive oil and set aside. Mix cheeses, salmon and garlic. Stack three sheets fillo dough together with butter mixture in between. Cut into six strips. Put small tablespoon filling on end of each strip. Diagonally roll folding over on itself. Brush with more butter. Bake until golden at 400 degrees F.
