Picante Potato Salad Ingredients

1 lb Cooked new potatoes	2 tb Vegetable oil
Diced (4 c)	2 tb Cider vinegar
1 c Can corn; drained	1/2 ts Ground cumin
1 sm Red bell pepper; diced	1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Green onions; sliced	2 tb Cilantro; chopped, opt
1/2 c Picante sauce

Instructions for Picante Potato Salad
