Preparation

Preheat electric oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter; cool. Combine mochiko, sugar and baking powder. Combine butter and remaining ingredients. Stir into mochiko mixture; mix well. 100% would make "Butter Mochi" again.

The Servings are listed as 1 and to be honest I could eat it all in one sitting but I would say it it closer to 25 servings. Also I used a Baker's Edge brownie pan (I like the chewy, crusty edges) with 1/2 extra Virgin Coconut oil in stead of straight butter and Maui Golden Natural Raw Sugar not White and reserve 1/4 cup of the coconut to sprinkle and press into top of batter before cooking.
