Butter Pecan Cookies Ingredients

1 c Shortening or butter	1 ts Baking powder
2 c Brown sugar	1/2 ts Soda
3 Eggs	1 1/2 c Chopped pecans
3 1/2 c Flour	1 pn Salt

Instructions for Butter Pecan Cookies

Cream together shortening and brown sugar. Add eggs and dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in pecans. Form into two rolls and wrap in waxed paper or plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight.
