Butter Pecan Cookies Ingredients

2 Eggs; well-beaten	1 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Flour	1 ts Vanilla
1 c Sugar	Pecan halves

Instructions for Butter Pecan Cookies

Combine butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beat well after each addition. Then add flour and remaining ingredients. Chill for one hour. Drop by small balls on ungreased cookie sheet. Press pecan half in center of each cookie. Bake 350 for 9-10 minutes. NOTE: The edges should be lightly browned. Makes around 40.
