Salsa Picante (Hot Chili Sauce) Ingredients

2 lg Tomatoes diced 1/4 c Fresh coriander minced;
1 Clove garlic small 1 ts Salt
1/4 c Onion minced 2 lg Green chili peppers seeded

Instructions for Salsa Picante (Hot Chili Sauce)

1. In mortar grind garlic, onions, and chili peppers. (Note - I would chop these coarsely in the food processor.) 2. Add tomatoes, coriander, and salt. Mix thoroughly. 3. Use mortar (molcajete) as serving dish. 4. (This sauce is excellent served with any Mexican dish or food.)
