Salsa Roja Ingredients

**** NO E ***** 1/2 c Fresh Italian flat leaf
8 Ripe tomatoes; seeded and Parsley; chopped
1/2 c Cilantro leaves; loosely 1/2 c Light olive oil
2 md White onions; minced 3 Fresh jalapeno peppers
20 ml Garlic; minced 3 Canned jalapeno peppers

Instructions for Salsa Roja

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Season to taste and refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
