Salsa Roja Ingredients

Cilantro
leaves; loosely
1/2 c Light
olive oil

onion

3 Fresh
jalapeno
peppers
20 ml
Garlic
; minced
3 Canned
jalapeno
peppers
Instructions for Salsa Roja
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Season to taste and refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
