Cabbage Creole Ingredients

1 lg Cabbage 1 cn Rotel
1 lb Ground chuck 1 cn Cheddar cheese soup
1 Bell pepper 1 cn Corn
1/2 Onion 1 cn Kidney beans; drained
1 cn Stewed tomatoes

Instructions for Cabbage Creole

Brown onion, bell pepper and ground chuck. Cook until done and drain all remaining grease. Cut up cabbage. Add all ingredients and simmer for 30-40 minutes. Suggested Wine: Merlot, Zinfandel Posted to recipelu-digest by "Diane Geary" on Feb 24, 1998
