Satays Ingredients

1 lb Chicken breasts, 1 tb Brown sugar
3 Cloves of minced garlic The juice of 1 lime
1/2 Onion, minced 1 tb Nampla ("fish sauce")
2 ts Minced cilantro 1 tb Vegetable oil

Instructions for Satays

Thread the meet onto 12-inch bamboo skewers, placing several strips on each of the 16 skewers. Combine the garlic, onion, cilantro, brown sugar, lime juice, nampla, and vegetable oil in a bowl. Pour over the skewers and marinate for 1 hour. Heat barbecue coals until hot, or preheat a broiler. Place the skewers on the grill or broiler rack and cook until done as desired.
