Saucepan Stuffing and Seasoning Mix Ingredients

STUFFING SEASONING MIX Makes 1 pack
1 ts Ground sage or poultry SAUCEPAN STUFFING
1 ts Chichen bouillon granules 1 1/4 C water
1 tb Dried chopped celery 3 tb Butter or margarine
2 ts Dried minced onions 1 pk Stuffing seasoning mix (see
2 ts Dried parsley 4 c Partially dried bread cubes
1/8 ts Pepper

Instructions for Saucepan Stuffing and Seasoning Mix

in a medium pan, combine water, butter or margarine and stuffing seasoning mix. bring to a boil. reduce heat to medium; simmer about 5 minutes. stir in bread cubes. cook 1 to 2 minutes until liquid is abosrbed, stirring continues, cover;remove from heat let stand 5 mins. before serving. VARIATIONS: add more or less water, accord to how you like it. Ive used some turkey juice in place of water-if oily turkey juice, omit butter. also can add celery, etc. and adjust seasoning to your taste...
