1 c Reduced calorie ketchup 1 ts Hot sauce
1/4 c Red wine vinegar Cooking spray
2 tb Light colored corn syrup 8 1 1/2 oz hamburger buns
1 tb Prepared mustard Ripe olives, optional

Instructions for Saucy Flank Steak Sandwich

Trim fat from steak. Combine steak and next 6 ingredients (steak through hot sauce) in large zip-top plastic bag. Seal bag; marinate in refrigerator 8 hours, turning bag occasionally. Remove steak from bag, reserving marinade. Prepare grill or broiler. Place steak on grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray; grill or broil 8 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Slice steak diagonally across grain into thin strips. Set aside; keep warm. Pour reserved marinade through a sieve into a small microwave-safe bowl; cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at HIGH 5 minutes or unitl marinade boils. Divide steak evenly among bottom halves of buns; top each with 2 tbsp marinade and top half of bun. Garnish with olives if desired.
