Sausages (Old Family Recipe) Ingredients

8 oz Minced pork	Salt and freshly ground
8 oz Minced veal	2 tb Chopped parsley
2 oz Minced streaky bacon	1 pn Ground nutmeg
2 oz Shredded suet	2 ts Chopped fresh sage
4 oz Fresh white breadcrumbs	Grated rind of lemon
