Picnic Bread Ingredients

FOR 1POUND LOAF	FOR 1 1/2POUND LOAF
1 ts Active dry yeast	1 1/2 ts Active dry yeast
1 1/2 tb Sugar	2 tb Sugar
2 c Bread flour	3 c Bread flour
1 ts Salt	1 1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Sweet pickle relish;	1/4 c Sweet pickle relish;
1 tb Butter	1 1/2 tb Butter
1/2 c Warm milk	6 1/2 oz Warm milk
2 tb Warm water	3 tb Warm water

Instructions for Picnic Bread

Picnic bread is fun for cold-cuts sandwiches because it already contains relish! This bread has a sweet and spicy taste and slightly yellow color. It looks and tasted great. Add ingredients to your Bread Machine pan in the order given. This recipe can be used with the regular or rapid time bake cycles.
