Sauteed Cabbage and Carrots with Ginger Ingredients

1/4 c Oil 1/2 ts Hot red pepper flakes
1 c Chopped green onins; with 1 Large head green cabbage,
1 Large clove garlic; minced ; make 10-12 cups
3 tb Ginger root; peeld, finly 2 lg Carrots; peeled and shredded

Instructions for Sauteed Cabbage and Carrots with Ginger

Heat oil in large skillet or Wok over Medium heat. Add green onion, garlic, ginger and hot red pepper flakes. Saute for 3 minutes until green onion starts to wilt. Add shredded cabbage and carrots. Stir-fry for 5 minutes. Tossing frequently. Cover and cook over heat for 3-4 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Transfer to serving bowl and serve immediately.
