Picnic Loaf Dinner Sandwich Ingredients

Large round Italian bread	Roasted sliced red peppers
Olivada to taste	Peeled slices of seeded
Red wine vinegar or	Marinated artichoke hearts
Assortment of cured meats	Salt and pepper
Slices of cheese like

Instructions for Picnic Loaf Dinner Sandwich

Remove a little "cap" from top of bread and remove inside crumb from inside and sides. Spread olivada inside walls of bread; sprinkle with drops of vinegar and season each side with salt and pepper. Layer assorted cold cuts and cheeses inside, dotting layers with more olivada and slices of red peppers, cucumbers, and artichoke hearts. ONE MORE USE FOR OLIVADA Bring canned vegetable soup to a boil. Stir in olivada and freshly grated Parmesan cheese to change the nature of the soup.
