Ingredients

  • 6 Ripe tomatoes, cut up
  • Coarsely
  • 2 lg Onions, cut up coarsely
  • 1 tb Salt
  • 1/2 c Jalapeno, chopped
  • 6 Green anaheim chilis, and/or
  • Combination of green and red
  • Bell peppers
  • 1 Clove garlic
  • 1/2 c Chopped cilantro (vital)
  • Mix, age for 30 seconds, and
  • Dive in.
