Pico De Gallo 2 Ingredients

2 1/4 lb Tomatoes; seeded, finely 3 tb Fresh lime juice
1 lg Onion; finely chopped 1 ts Ground cumin
3/4 c Fresh cilantro; chopped 1 ts Salt
5 lg Garlic cloves; minced 2 tb Extra virgin olive oil
3 lg Jalapeno chile pepper;

Instructions for Pico De Gallo 2

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Cover; chill at least 1 hour before serving. Per serving: 48 Calories; 3g Fat (44% calories from fat); 1g Protein; 6g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 187mg Sodium NOTES : Yield: about 5 cups. Keeps well chilled.
