Scalloped Eggs and Bacon Ingredients

1/4 c Chopped onion 1/2 c Shredded Swiss cheese
2 tb Butter or margarine 6 Hard-cooked eggs, sliced
2 tb All-purpose flour 10 To 12 slices bacon, crisp-
1 1/2 c Milk Cooked and crumbled
1/2 c Shredded American cheese 1 1/2 c Crushed potato chips

Instructions for Scalloped Eggs and Bacon

Cook onion in butter till tender but not brown. Stir in flour. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes more. Add cheeses; stir till melted. Place half of the sliced eggs in the bottom of a 10x6x2 inch baking dish; pour half of the cheese sauce over. Sprinkle with half of th crumbled bacon and half of the crushed potato chips.
