Scallops with Basil-Lemon Sauce Ingredients

Garlic
clove; minced
2 tb Fresh
lemon
juice
1 1/2 lb Bay or sea
scallop
s; rinsed,
Salt
and freshly ground;
3 tb Fresh
basil
leaves; chopped
Instructions for Scallops with Basil-Lemon Sauce
1. In large, heavy skillet, over medium heat, melt I Cant Believe Its Not Butter! Add garlic and cook until softened. Do not brown. 2. Add scallops and basil and saut over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes. 3. Add lemon juice and continue cooking, stirring constantly, 2 to 3 minutes longer.
