Scandanavian Apple Salad Ingredients

2 c Red Apples, unpeeled, diced	Juice Of 1 Lemon
1 c Celery, diced	Salt & Sugar, to taste
2 c Cabbage, shredded	1/2 c Grapes, halved & seeded
1/2 c Sour Cream	1/2 c Chopped Nuts, optional

Instructions for Scandanavian Apple Salad

Combine apples, celery, and cabbage. Combine remainin ingredients except grapes. Add to apple mixture. Toss to mix. Garnish with grapes.
