Scandinavian Rice Pudding(Crockpot Style) Ingredients

4 Eggs beaten 2/3 c Chopped dates -- or raisins
2 c Milk -- scalded 3 To 3/12 c
2 c Half& half -- (light) Vanilla
c Sugar Cinnamon
1 Tesp Nutmeg
Tesp Rice
1/4 Tesp

Instructions for Scandinavian Rice Pudding(Crockpot Style)

1. In pot, combine all ingred. Cover and heat. 2. Cook at med heat for 2 hours, stirring every hour. Reduce to Med - Low heat to keep warm for serving or chill for serving.
