Scott and Roswithas Guacamole Ingredients

3 Ripe Haas avocados; mashed 2 tb Fresh cilantro or 1" cube
3 Roma tomatoes; skinned & 2 ts Greek oregano; crushed &
1 sm White onion (flat bottom Fresh chiles to taste;
2 Shallots; minced finely 1/4 c Fresh salsa
1 Clove garlic; crushed & 1/2 Meyer lemon; juice of
