Scrapple Croquettes Ingredients

1 c Scrapple	2 Eggs hard boiled
Salt, pepper	1/2 c Whole-wheat bread crumbs
1 c Cooked brown rice or mashed	1 ts Minced parsley
1 Egg beaten

Instructions for Scrapple Croquettes
