Ingredients

  • 6 Lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 15 oz Italian style tomato sauce
  • 1 lb Imatation crab, approx
  • 1 c Ricotta cheese, or cottage
  • Cheese
  • 1/4 c Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tb Parsley flakes

Preparation

Recipe by: Louis Kemp Seafood From: CookieTstr@aol.com Date: Thu, 23 May 1996 17:24:02 -0400 Cook noodles as directed on package Rinse in cold water, and drain well. Combine filling ingredients with fork, spread 1/3 cup filling on each noodle. Roll tightly, place seam side down in a 9 inch baking pan. Pour sauce over rollups.
