Seasoning for Italian Sausage-Sweet Ingredients

5 tb Salt 2 ts Black pepper
1 pt Ice water 1 tb Sugar
3 ts Fennel seed 10 lb Ground pork butts

Instructions for Seasoning for Italian Sausage-Sweet
