Caribbean Jerk Rub Ingredients

1 tb Sugar 1 ts Cayenne peper
1 tb Onion powder 1 ts Salt
1 tb Dried thyme 3/4 ts Ground nutmeg
2 ts Dried allspice 1/4 ts Ground cloves
2 ts Ground black pepper

Instructions for Caribbean Jerk Rub
