Assemble in given order, ending with the cilantro on top. Toss all together just before serving. Ive made this with all sorts of (red) tomatoes, plus a mixture of red and yellow and orange tomatoes. Especially good made with the yellow tomato "Lemon Boy." As many hot peppers plus garlic can be used as desired to increase the heat level.
