Carillon Moaks Cranberry Relish Ingredients

4 c Cranberries 1 Orange
2 c Sugar

Instructions for Carillon Moaks Cranberry Relish

Run cranberries and orange (skin included) through a coarse grinder. Mix in sugar. Let set at least two days, preferably three or four before serving. Keep refrigerated. Four cups of cranberries are about 12 ounces.
